A landmark project in Southlands Tsawwassen, bringing people, food, and farmland together.
The Granary is a three-storey mixed-use building combining stacked townhomes and ground-level one-bedroom units with Four Winds Beach House & Brewery.
Drawing inspiration from barns and silos, the architecture emphasizes wood construction throughout, utilizing light wood-frame systems and prefabricated wall panels assembled on site. Four Winds Beach House & Brewery features gables constructed with engineered wood trusses, while exposed glulam posts and beams with tight pin connections define the building’s facade.
