Our landmark project in Southlands Tsawwassen brings together people, food and farmland.
The Granary is a mixed-use building that will be home to a Four Winds restaurant and brewery at Southlands. The Granary showcases a one-level concrete parkade with three floors of wood frame construction above; all have a spacious private outdoor space.
We are creating a natural sense of place, with Four Winds restaurant and brewery on the ground floor and 35 residential units on the second and third floors. The Granary will turn the Market Avenue district into a hub of social and recreational living; all centred within the landscape of the Southlands Market Square.
