1220 Seymour is a 112-unit mixed-income co-operative housing community in the centre of Downtown Vancouver. The project comprises 9 storeys and is built to a Passive House standard, with indoor and outdoor amenity space.
A residence lobby and three commercial units will be on the ground floor. The City of Vancouver funded the project, New Commons is the partner, and the client is Community Land Trust.
