Vancouver 1220 Seymour

1220 Seymour is a 112-unit mixed-income co-operative housing community in the centre of Downtown Vancouver. The project is nine storeys and built to a Passive House standard with internal and external amenity space. A residence lobby and three commercial units will be on the ground floor. City of Vancouver funded the project, New Commons is the partner, and the client is Community Land Trust.
